Both my issue and the thing I like about this series is just how bland it is.
The MC, the way the story frames humans and Kuragari, the art direction, the paneling.
Just so fucking bland.

This cool guy moment fell flat. He pretty much let the Yakuza walk all over him until they felt threatened by the people who told not to get involved made them freak out and pull a gun. What sense does that make? Did he just expect to annoy them until they pulled the gun otherwise?
