I was worried what this story would do to Mia and Yamabe after the boxcutter incident.

And this chapter put all those worries to rest then made my heart flutter! I adore these two.

Love this series, hope it releases in the west to join my GL shelf of books! Thanks for the TL!

This was so sweet! Sweet enough to overwrite the boxcutter horror. I don't really want to think about the boxcutter couple anymore.
I felt Sayori and Mizuki (the boxcutter couple) was one of the things that made this series really stand out among other yuri series to me. I like how this series has a subtle psychological theme, and a bit of an underlying sense of unease. It's exploring different types of relationships, and there's always this feeling that a pair might not work out, which makes it feel so much more satisfying when it actually does work out in the end, like in this chapter.

But then again, I'm also a fan of toxic yuri and horror yuri (like "I See You, Aizawa-san!" that our scanlator, Beltaro, is also working on, and is referencing in their comment in this thread), so my tastes are a bit on the niche side.

I imagine and hope we will get more problematic couples in the future...but it would also be insanely funny if we don't- imagine an author writing an anthology about meeting different wholesome couples...except the very first one he starts it off with is the most toxic yuri imaginable.
