I blame 5 people for her death 1st place to 100th place - OSCAR, followed by Duke Cressen, Madeline, the Kidnapper and Mirna.
The Duke and Madeline are my main two suspects for why those kidnappers showed up.
And Mirna was the one who contacted Duke Cressen in the first place so had a part in that whole fiasco.
