Comikey licenses manga for publication/distribution in English. I want to say they were around before more of the publishers started making their own distribution sites, though now they're kind of like the misc. site.

Mangadex has always had a policy of linking to the official chapters when they exist in an attempt to appear legit; the huge influx the last few days seems to be someone catching up on their backlog because many of these series have been licensed for months already.
