Sendo is gonna lose... i had a strange theory that sendo could somehow beat ricardo then he fights miyata and miyata wins then ippo comes back and fights sendo then miyata but i doubt it would go like that.

So.... assuming at this point that Ippo is still the main character, which I'm not so sure anymore...

Sendo is going to fight beautifully but lose. At this point, he is either forced to retire, or decides to. Something has to push Ippo back in the ring, and this might be it. This is my prediction at least.

And hopefully Kumi fucks off in the distance and never shows up again in the manga. Or she comes back in like 200 chapters, when Ippo has already returned to the ring, and says something like: "Yes I understand that you love boxing and want to be a boxer again, so go for it."

And yes I still think we're getting a Ippo vs Miyata match. But the final boss is still Ricardo because I thought from the very beginning that Morikawa wanted to reuse the Date storyline so to speak. Like Date, Ippo had to retire but then return (hopefully) to the ring.

I don't think she will go, however I think she might change her mind about Boxing after Mashiba wakes up and they have a long talk. It's absolutely inevitable after Mashiba actually approved of Ippo in his last fight

Sendo is setting up so many death flags. Even if he lives, he's going to be broken beyond belief, isn't he? Just like Mashiba, just like Hayami, just like Saeki, just like Sawamura. Except, unlike them, if he's not dead, he's gonna get the Nekota treatment except worse.

Sendo is getting cooked a 100% but at least he's going with a somewhat good mind set. But I get the feeling that he'll focus too much on the smash and end up being knocked out like ippo when he was spamming the dempsey roll against guevara.
