stunning intro to the arc what a fantastic depiction of mashiba's internal and external struggles faced to get to the point where he is now, and recontextualizing the importance of his loss to Ippo and the subsequent relationships he's made, finally showing his transformation to a real boxer. I have faith in this arc.
