1. taihei's old enemy/enemies is picking a fight. but taihei won't fight back, so he's rekt now.
2. taihei fought, ippo get mad, ippo walks away from taihei. but later ippo find out that taihei fought because someone is dissing his brother, so ippo took him back.

seeing as Hajime no Ippo has so much drama lately, my bet is on no. 2

I'm calling it now because I want it here for posterity if I'm right:

Taihei's family name is going to be Takamura. He's Mamoru's little brother. He looks up to his big brother, the asshole world champion.

The pompadour clued me in and this chapter cemented it.

Tough call... he does that stupid wind-up/spinning punch in one panel like Takamura does, but I don't think Takamura's family would have a small house... isn't Takamura's brother the head of some big Mamoru corporation or something? A family like that wouldn't have money troubles (so Takamura wouldn't need to send any money home) nor would they have a small house.

Could possibly be Aoki, but I'm betting it's someone else.

Dude's definitely brawling with someone right now though, even though Ippo forbade him from fighting anybody.

I figure his eyes are like Sendou's and the trouble is that he is possibly injured or arrested for fighting.
