Yeah sadly that does seem to be the case. Seeing as there's a lot that can be done with the story. 4 years of collage, and then marriage, and all sorts of stories in-between, but we just get this random crap about ghosts, and some mad scientist stories. Like yeah I don't think the author has any idea what they're doing. Honestly the only good point to this manga as of right now is the art is good. Other than that every thing else is not so good.I don’t think there has been any plot at all since they graduated High School to be honest.
I’m starting to wonder if the author is sabotaging the manga on purpose so that it gets axed instead of trying to wrap up the series. Maybe even the author is clueless on what kind of ending it should get, especially now when it has become so unbelievably unhinged.
This one should be picked up. I like the sinister-cute dynamic between the main couple.Every now and then I check and yep, I am confirmed in my decision to dropping this, to think there is so much other Manga that deserve a translation more than this:

But is not like anyone is entitled to a translation, if this what someone wants to translate, then so be it, is fan work, and I am thankful for the initiative.
This series is delivering it all! We went from mainstream normie sellout anime/manga to peak abstract art form.
The anime barely adapts anything from the manga and adds an anime original rival character for the final episodes. What happens to the manga after the anime?![]()
So it's essentially the same situation as with Fechippuru - Bokura no Innocent Love where the main couple got demoted to side characters/cameos and even lost the charm that made it popular in the first place(a lot of readers were angry about it...)?...The anime barely adapts anything from the manga and adds an anime original rival character for the final episodes.
Although the last couple of arcs were already terrible the original manga got the ending it deserved and that could've been the end of it. The sequel(college arc) is where it really went to shit: we get a mostly new side cast (old characters only get cameos) and the only old character that still has a strong presence is Iris the Ranko replacement. The harem nonsense is dropped which you'd think would mean they'll progress their relationship, but that doesn't happen at all and instead every arc makes me question why are they even still a couple. The big question the original manga left (what does Junichi want to do) is slowly getting answered and unsurprisingly it has little to do with Yukana who has her own career path. The only good thing is that the two new side girls aren't interested in Junichi: so that we have Iris who hates him for constantly (accidentally) harrasing her; Karin (the mangaka) who is more into Yukana and thinks MC is lame, he kind of became her social media manager; Gokomachi who actually is a tertiary character from the original manga that comes from Kyoto and is an heir to a wagashi shop(again making her someone closer to Yukana who is making western style confectionery) who happens to be his neighbor while in college. Unfortunately the core of the series is still the same and all it is used for is to write more and more convoluted ways for the main couple not to have sex. (Karin "dating" Yukana, Junichi pretending to date Gokomachi, Junichi using Yukana to promote Karin's manga twice, Junichi forgetting he has a girlfriend, whatever the fuck this arc is)
Junichi is still the main/pov character, this didn't change. So it's essentially the same situation as with Fechippuru - Bokura no Innocent Love where the main couple got demoted to side characters/cameos and even lost the charm that made it popular in the first place(a lot of readers were angry about it...)?...
