And I think we're relatively in the clear. Given how enraged the dude was, I think the time for an assault was on the day the stalker saw Touka. And to add even more drama, have him follow Touka, wait for the night and attack in his rage Honjou instead.

But here, even he's still bad news, he's set on observing more and we're following Shirasawa setting up the two shots, so it's more likely it will led to the stalker interrupting one shooting.

So it will be a mess, and likely to cause tension with Honjou if the stalker learns and reveal how much Touka is horny for her boy. And it also has the added benefit to pit three people against one loser showing himself openly to have his egotrip, much more reassuring than a sex criminal attacking a lone woman that has no idea he exists and know to be wary of him.

We even learn that Touka talks to Shirasawa all the time so it's even possible he might learn about the creeps at her work, because she's stupid enough to have noticed some things while not putting two and two together.
