I'm pretty sure someone mathed wrong here. 50 sq meters is about the size of a 1 bedroom apartment, so that'd be one TINY amusement park. Was probably supposed to say 50 hectares (0.5 sq km or 124 acres in freedom units), which is actually about the size of 10 Tokyo Domes.

@seekermoc - Thanks for that. When I first read it I thought it looked really off, but just chalked it up to being bad at math. Your comment makes so much more sense.

@seekermoc is correct. I dropped the *10k by accident. This was pointed out on reddit a long time ago as well, and I fixed it on waifusims then but never on here. It's updated now, thanks.
