I’d read the raws years ago so I knew the reveal was coming, but I’d always found the decision to keep Kaori’s face obscured right until she leaves was a fascinating decision and I’d love to know what the intent was.

Probably something along the lines of preventing the reader forming a connection to her but I’d love to hear from the writer themselves.
