Fantastic art, I really love Kashiki's complicated townscapes with their narrow and twisting closes and alleyways, elevated boardwalks and small courtyards with street vendors. It looks almost organically grown, like a surviving part from many centuries ago in an old city. It fits the story and its technological level very well, but the angles and complicated perspective must be a beast to draw, especially when it's all hand drawn as this looks to be (to me at least) and has this level of detail. I'm very impressed.
62 chapters in 10 years means a chapter published every other month, like Yotsubato before the hiatus. I'm fine with that tempo, as it means the mangaka has the time to do the job properly. I'm fine with 10-page split chapters like this as well with art quality at this level. Every page looks like a week of hard work.
