Man, Mu Ye getting that taste of a wholesome family life. Eating a homecooked meal together while telling stories, joking around, and laughing . They may be a bit neglectful of their daughter because of their sickly son, but they obviously do love her and all the nagging and fussing at her is actually kinda wholesome, especially compared to the straight up child abuse Mu Ye went through.
