Man, lucky you. Here I just get given an estimate that's 4 hours wide and I'm lucky if they make it within those 4 hours. It's not uncommon for them to overshoot, and I've had deliveries pushed back a day. Never felt compelled to complain about it beyond surface level grousing to myself, and certainly not to the poor driver. Worst that'd happen is I'd miss it, but they'd either leave it by the door (thankfully porch pirates seem rare if not absent in my area) or just take it to the office that's like, 3 minutes away by car and I just go pick it up whenever. Complaining about 15 minutes seems so alien to me.
See, this shit baffles me. I can sort of understand a business bitching about a delivery being late, it affects their bottom line after all, but an individual? You'll get it when you get it man, where's the rush? You'd swear they couldn't live another DAY without getting their hands on their cheap bootleg chinese tat... Iunno, I just don't get it. I've long since given up on understanding the mind of the normie.
