Dating sim games with rpg elements are pretty rare to begin with, and making stat blocks for different variations on the villain is putting more effort on them than the main character.
In most cases the novelists/mangakas seem to have imagined games that don't have any relation to real JRPGs, MMOs, or dating sims.
