Haha, no.figured Christmas was pretty internationally celebrated the same way
Even within Europe, there's tons of differences in how Christmas is actually celebrated. Lots of different traditions. And whether it is; think a Muslim majority country like Turkey for example.
And the Orthodox churches use the Julian instead of the Gregorian calendar, so even the date is different in countries where the main religion is one of those. They celebrate Christmas on, to us, January 7th. One interesting (though the reason is of course terrible) case here is Ukraine: they officially changed their Christmas holiday to December 25th last year, as a sign of breaking with the Russian Orthodox church after the Russian invasion.
