I think now that i can safely assume that the others don't know about the relationship because if they know they were together, they will have understand her breakdown. But i can't believe Nanoha thought Chidori gonna forgive her like that, you never really talk about it after the initial boom so how come Chidori will had understand what the problem is ? Remember that Chidori don't really know what make Nanoha angry to begin with so for her, Nanoha kinda blow up out of nowhere and start sulking. A lot of peoples will have been piss off by that kind of attitude.

This chapter is proof that Nanoha is a GOOD GIRL. She remembered her promise, then was moved to tears and was willing to go and immediately reconcile just to make it right. Neither of them is right or wrong, and that they are both thinking about not just themselves, but their friends as well, I rather like.
