I know I'm replying to this half a decade too late, but for anyone else coming across this with the same question, the answer is "yes and no". This is an alternate timeline, separate from every other Nasuverse timeline, in which 1. the original Nanaya Shiki is a girl, 2. Nanaya Shiki didn't get adopted by the Tohnos in childhood, 3. either Arima Miyako was born earlier or a lot of other characters were born later, making Shiki and Miyako contemporaries in high school rather than Miyako being in elementary school when Shiki is in high school, and 4. various other characters from throughout the Nasuverse lead very different lives from all of their known counterparts (for example, the Mitsuzuri Minoru here is an alternate version of Fate/hollow ataraxia's Mitsuzuri Minori, the brother of Mitsuzuri Ayako from Fate/stay night.)
