Hanakawa given up on her real world chase and is avoiding Takaya, but keeping her Hana route nevertheless, which is kinda odd if her heart got crushed a bit.

Hanakawa knows Sunmoon is Takaya, Takaya suspected Hanakawa is Hama but now he is sure, but Hanakawa doesn't know Takaya know they're the same.
Takaya doesn't know Hanakawa knows Sunmoon is him, but her joining the company is rather suspicious...

This is basically "You've got mail." plot, so he will probably tease Hanakawa or get furious about her trying to get on his side online and in real life.
