Aw man this reminds me of when I first told my now-girlfriend that I'm trans... I'll always remember how stressed and scared I was, and she just said I was still a man to her, and it didn't change anything. It meant so much to me.

im ftm so it would probably be an "opposite experience" but the fact that the author managed to find a bf/husband who really liked her despite everything makes me think maybe i could too. its nice to read something uplifting abt the trans experience finally
