sure does look like it basing on the illustration at least

Shintaro has typical 'haori' + 'hakama' worn by grooms, with the thingy (crest?) in front and all

Kyoko's has very long sleeves, which is one of the notable differences between a common kimono and 'furisode', one of the options for brides to wear in traditional weddings. It also doesn't feature an additional layer on top, which checks out with the visible obi in the illustration
