It ended where it began. Been loving this manga since it was first released and to see it end was a bit saddening but it ended well despite the openness. Really hopong there will be an epilogue or an extra chapter in the volume. Thank you Kawada sensei.

JUST LIKE THAT???
Where's the kiss? where's the wedding? Where's the time skip?
brother they had sex
the manga was always casual about romance being not centerpiece and honestly ending like this is perfect for it

Really enjoyed this story, but the ending is so sudden. After the jealousy arc, everything just felt so rushed and the conflicts forced. Feels like 4 different arcs were crammed into 3-4 chapters. Bummer for such a great story.

Maybe I'm just tilted from other works I've enjoyed either getting the axe this week or having bad endings, but this one disappoints me. Probably because I really enjoyed this story and the characters. This doesn't feel like an ending, more like the penultimate chapter before we get a proper sendoff. I'd still give the story a solid 8-9/10 and sit here hoping for a "sike here's the real ending", that'll never come.

I don't think I ever really jived with how the manga acted like relationships don't interfere with your dreams and long distance and stretches of time where you don't see each other won't negatively affect your relationship

Cute chapter, but that sure was an ending...
Their time apart should have been a proper arc of at least a few chapters and then it needed some chapters after their reunion and an epilogue.

Maybe it could have had more fluff but I'm perfectly happy with this ending. It hits the right notes, gives the right closure and leaves plenty of space for our imagination of their blissful wedded life. The author never shot for the moon in this enjoyable slice o life, so I don't see why the ending would have to either. I will hold out hope for a squeeful epilogue, however :glee:

Now, where's my broken glasses meet-cute? :meguu:
(but seriously man, fixing loose screws is like the second skill you learn once you start wearing glasses)

This is going right up there with the other endings that are extremely underwhelming for me... Right along side Gal Gohan, Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi o Suru, and Omaera Zenin Mendokusai!. Not a bad ending by any means, and it's very fitting that they ended up where they began, but like... There was no point to the whole drama about him leaving when he did if he comes back and literally NOTHING happens...

Awww, the ending seems more like the preamble for the ending than anything else. That's disappointing :(

At least I loved the story throughout the whole series, even during the arcs I least enjoyed, so I wont change the grading I gave it (10), but the ending should've used some more polish
