Pages 2-3 are a double spread but they're showing up as separate pages. You may need to reupload those two.

So... I have issues with this series.

Sayaka's reactions. They make...almost zero sense.

First, remember she doesn't actually remember anything at all. She is just going based on her notes her past lives wrote. So at the beginning of this chapter, she talks about the despair of being alone and having tried to ask an adult for help, and the reader is supposed to...sympathize with her? How? She could only "feel" the despair written from the notes of her past self. I guess she could be honestly sympathizing with her past self, but it seems weird. This is honestly a minor issue.

But that leads to a larger issue. Like...what are we, as readers, supposed to feel with that last scene? Akane "lost" her memories? We know she just regains her memories at some random point during her run. Could be the beginning. Could be the end. Sayaka, in the past life, even mentioned that she just gains the memories at some point. So it's understandable Sayaka is concerned Akane doesn't remember, but...why should the reader care? I'm left thinking is this supposed to be a cliff hanger? We literally already know this is something that could happen.

And lastly, why is Sayaka going to Akane so early on? In all the previous lives, she didn't, I don't believe. So, it must be something she read in her notes from her past lives. But...what? She had all of zero time to write anything about the school clinic. The only thing she could've written was that they were looking for Izumi for a week. Why would that make Sayaka want to rush to Akane?

Honestly, the author might be able to explain these things. It's possible. But the more likely answer, to me, is just that the author wanted to do this cliff hanger, drama, suspense thing that...makes zero sense the more you think about it.

Sakuya-san doesn't not know that Akane's supposed to get the journal first, I guess. Because then again, when she regains her memory is inconsistent. Akane didn't tell her about that.

Who is the thirdparty? It seems to be a man, but I don't know if that's because What's the significance of the frog with the snake coming from it's mouth? Is is eating the snake, or is the snake the frog's tounge? Why does everyone forget Izumi? What is in that old school clinic?

We still have unanswered questions. Why does everyone kill Akane specifically? Why do they get controlled in the first place? Why is it Saya is the one who starts the massacre? Why is there a timeloop? Why are the journals unaffected? Why is the house unaffected?

We were able to get closer to the truth, but as we did, even more questions arose. I'm more interested than ever!

Third party confirmed. I like that the beginning of the next loop is from Sayaka's perspective. I'm growing to like her character a lot, admittedly because I find her very similar to a certain other character that I like a lot from another bloody time loop horror story. That death scene with them holding hands kinda hit hard. I was afraid they'd somehow turn Sayaka into the surprise third party villain, and I'm glad they didn't.

Finding out that Akane didn't keep her memories shocked Sayaka, but Akane doesn't usually get to remember things until she at least gets hold of the journal. Would be an interesting loop if she never remembers just this once, but that would be devastating for Sayaka.

Interestingly enough, we didn't get to see either girl get to write down the events of the past loop before they died. Should I assume at least some of it got recorded before Yayoi got to Sayaka and the bunker? Also, last loop was the first time Akane died from something else aside from failing to write the last journal entry. I'm hooked, but at the same time it's been 3 months since the last chapter. Could be a long wait, maybe I should put this On Hold...
