It's not a Happy End at all. Probably one of the most bullshit twists I've ever seen. The one sister leaves the other sister to marry this guy despite loving her more because she wants to have children. The other sister just kind of has to deal with it. I also felt bad for the guy she marries because he loved her so much and yet she will never love him the same way and honestly will most likely cheat on him with her sister.

WAIT, I was happy until I've read these comments, she married the guy?????????? No fucking way really?? I was all happy because I thought the end was she marrying her sister and the tall guy was just an invited to the wedding, honestly now I can't tell but first time I've read the last chapter the first thing I thought was that she was marrying her sister, how can you tell she is marrying the guy???
