Ino's saying he wants to keep going with this universe, which makes total sense given how much work he put into all the world and character building. You could easily go at least another hundred chapters with this.

But realistically he's gotta eat, so most of this 'our fight is just beginning!' never actually goes anywhere as much as I want it to.

But! If he ever gets super successful (let's hope so!) then he could bring back Happy Happia.
