Yeah it's him who cannot have kids. The little boy is previous boyfriend's child.

Koharu has been trying to get pregnant but she hasn't been able to because it seems like Ryuu is pretty much infertile.

Madoka can't get pregnant because she had an abortion years ago and that messes up her insides and now is regretting that she cannot bear kids.

Ryuu is not infertile, in the end of the manga Koharu is pregnant. I'm not sure, but if i'm not mistaken Yuzu's kid is Ryuu child. Yuzu ex did vasectomy

id like to give a warning to everyone that the ending is HORRIBLE like probably one of the worst I've ever read

But it was a happy ending. The 3 end up togther, and koharu is pregnant. What you didn't like ?

@Cowboy_From_Hell there was no character development like at all and they didn't solve any of the problems to do with jealousy between the girls it was a mess n the was rushed
