A 7 rating is too low for this. This is peak. No insecure MC, doesn't doubt his powers, makes mistakes and acknowledges his mistakes. Is outright with his desires. Talks clearly with others. Art is great. Other characters are great, especially the companion goddess. Isn't even a tiny bit frustrating to read.

There's a lot of things I want to say and comment on, but I'll skip to the end and say that Cat's Eye was written by Houjou Tsukasa, who's also the author of City Hunter, a manga featuring another notorious heroic chad pervert. And he also as an episode in which he wears a leotard for infiltration.
