She thinks Haru is not a real deal or just a poser when she was playing in the younger level, unlike what Sora always brags about her.

Pretty sure they meant that player #13 isn't the real Haru-chan as Sora suspected to be.

Their jerseys didn't have name on them. But because Sora was a big fan, she recognized Haru's appearance and skills as the soccer prodigy Haru-chan.

But normally the Haru-chan wouldn't play on a no-name team. That's why Sora's teammates thought her assumption was wrong, especially after they could take the ball from Haru. So, they're calling #13 "fake Haru-chan".

Of course since Haru never claimed to be the Haru-chan, the fake label is just the selfishness of the BaraEn team.
