The first 2 chapters were really great and filled with all sorts of potential. The next 8 were good with respect to the sports manga story but the "girls love" tag is really seeming misleading when there's a year's worth of releases with not even a hint of it.

I hate how misidentified this manga has been with the tags. I don't think this is Girls' Love, and I really don't think it's queerbaiting.

This is just a pure sports manga, except with girls. It's the equivalent of Ao Ashi or Blue Lock, or especially something like The Knight in the Area. Satsuki is genuinely just a character who admired Haru from a football (soccer) perspective, the way a big sports fan would admire great players.

These tags do come from the raw listing in Japan, but in Japan something like the lily tag can often have a very broad definition, especially since this wasn't accompanied with any romance tags. Publishers really like to add it in before there's been any sense of how much of a focus it's going to have in the story.

Personally, I think if there's any romance here, it'll likely only happen at the end.
