Uh it’s the 4th or 5th floor of the E-Beans building right in front of Sendai station. There is a section of books in other languages at the back.They get free lunch with the health checkup? Wow.

Also near Sendai station the Maruzen books in basement of AER building (free 30th floor observation deck) has a good english/french corner
