Besides the volume 14 cover, I personally don't consider it to be suggestive compared to some of the other stuff that does have a suggestive tag, but I could add one if it's needed.

She's not all that fictional however, the wreched spinster.

One other manga that's solidly based on real events is "Renai 3D (sanjigen) Debut". It may be even more relatable for a stereotypical enjoyer.
