Three years to get together AND make a bebe. Gives the author ample wiggle room for shenanigans about how many times they can meet up without really learning about each others. (They could get together tomorrow - or it might take even more than three years only they have to have an accidental one-night stand along the way.)

As for OL, what else should she make once hubby gets unemployed? Someone has to be the breadwinner, so if she manages to return to the job she got after school, more power to her?
(There's not that many jobs in the MMA circuit in Japan or whatever you imagined )

I know Nishiguchi is set-up as having a crush over Yuki right now, but something tells me he could be with someone else in the future.

Him ending up with Yuki's sister or with Akane, for example 🤔

yep, I agree, we just got confirmed he's married with a child, it doesn't mean he's with Yuki, we can only say he's married to a strong woman as that's his type, it could be another one of the girls or even someone entirely new
