It's not special liquid, it's water with a special salt they make. Look up NeilMed sinus rinse.

You can try using regular salt but it will likely be too strong and irritate your sinuses. Boil the water first to sanitize it

You're supposed to use sterile water for this. super rare but some crazy stuff gets through tap water that is fine except if you're doing this. look it up if you don't believe me
