@DarkFlame Or worse. At some point, the people at the register just stop caring what people are buying. A bookstore is probably one of the more tame environments to witness purchases in, really. Someone working a register elsewhere could see you buying an assortment of items that screams "dead body disposal" and they'll just ask "Cash or credit?" Maybe try to get them on some sort of membership program.
