Caffeine scare here is definitely overrated. I usually drink a whole pot of coffee in the evening(drip coffee) after coming home from work and it doesn't even prevent me from sleeping. And I drink coffee at work too. Never had any adverse effects... (Not in the morning though, nor anything else food or drink for that matter, never been hungry in the mornings, and now that I live alone there's no-one forcing anything down my throat at those times either which I greatly appreciate...)

@chizan coffee is fine, iirc, as it makes the excess waste go through the toilet. but stuff like energy drinks don't, which is why drinks like those are dangerous.

Remember folks... The point is "excessive consumption." It's okay to drink energy drinks but in moderation and accompanied by a lot of water intake.

@Chizan coffee is fine but as with any good thing, too much coffee is a bad thing. Because of its caffeine content, too much coffee can cause high blood pressure, a precursor to heart disease, and can cause side effects like dizziness, shakiness, headache, or abnormal heartbeat.

Man this body really can't catch a break. He is diabetic, clinically depressed, had alcohol and nicotine addiction, one time overdosed on drugs, got lung cancer and had it surgically removed, but it hasn't fully cleared and now move to another location?

Where does he get all these money? Last time I checked Japan got no universal healthcare, though the cost is cheaper than in the US.

Yeah, there's always risk that the cancer cell is still left after the surgery.

I just can't imagine how the red cell protagonist will be stuck in a very unhealthy body, because that said man shouldn't be able to donor his blood, which means the red cell will be there for good, stuck fighting the losing war.
