The only happy thing Akame Ga Kill brought to me was this manga. A cute, short read.

Oh my God, the author must be like a goddamn sugar wizard, cause everything they touch in this manga is just so freaking sweet. Apparently this is the first work of the author that is romance themed, which makes sense since there's one story among this collection of short stories that's a bit, uh, crap. But that's fine, since everything else is amazing and genuinely makes me want to fall in love!
