Jesus, I'm glad this arc ended quickly and on a good note. Sheepdog was getting a little too pompous when his original goal and love was seeing Amakusa suffering. Maybe a translation error, considering how the rest of the arc played out, but still throat punch worthy.
Again, glad it's over, hopefully sheepdog can quietly sink back into the obscurity of side character limbo, where he belongs.

I always thought Eve was going to 'fuse' with Ibusuki. The ending of this chapter (the love zombie fusing with the painting) actually seems like foreshadowing for this or something similar.

Its too hopeful, but we have our go mode for solving first love zombies without fulfilling the love. So eve end has an antithesis. It can still be anyone's end, but common tropes and first pairings usually dominate this genre so =/
