There is someone besides the MC who undergoes a huge amount of character development in this series.

My work is not perfect and I’m not aiming for perfection, but I am doing my best. I’m not fluent in Japanese, and sometimes the machine translations don’t make sense, so I have to guess the meaning. I appreciate you reading and pointing out the issues, but saying that I’m putting in less effort is unnecessary

Just to be clear, my goal is to get as many chapters out as possible, and with a full office work week coming up, I'm trying to prepare chapters in advance to make sure there’s no missed uploads. I simply don't have the time to proofread line by line. I usually read through the whole thing in English again and if it makes sense, I typically let it pass.
