• A small fry adventurer challenged Kent only to be scared away by his lizardmen at the guild.
• A group of ugly women tried to get into Kent's pants on the way back to the diner, he used a portal from the toilet to escape.
• The discussion with Meisa was tweaked to be more concise.
• Kent was always sleeping on boxes pressed together with a futon on top in his bedroom. He added more boxes to fit Meisa.
• This and the previous chapter were supposed to have Kent being called BOTH Demon King and Demonologist/Monster User. Based on this, the Light Novels might have dropped the latter nickname altogether.

I'm reading from the web novel, but, yes. That was the first time the term appeared originally. Chapter 50 of the manga will explain all about the Demon King.
