Edit: I went back and checked just to be sure. MC uses his own Construction skill has soon as he gets it at lvl 1. At lvl 1 he can just insta build an entire small house. Let me remind others the [Gacha] skill is the fancy god given power of the MC. NOT the other skills he gets from using it!

Wouldn't it make more sense to move the goblins to the werewolf village? From what we were shown earlier it was larger and better constructed already. Plus, it's not like there's any real effort for the MC to rebuild his own house anywhere he pleases.
