Someone give the MC a medal for playing wingman and giving an insecure dude the final push he needed to step up. Oh wait, I guess he already gave himself his own medal with that self pat on the back about being a model guild staff. Then again, the girl didn't actually need to enlist MC's help with her love scheme either, did she? She could've just as well confessed directly to her childhood friend. It did force the guy to stop dragging his heels on love, so that growth on his part is good I guess.

Dunno about the cocky scarface lackey, but the ponytailed archer he helped before wasn't bad looking if only he didn't neglect his grooming like here.
