It's like when the main questline urges you to hurry, but you take your time with exploration, sidequests and the fishing minigame.
I like how this manga in particular, unlike many others that have a gaming theme, actually has the MC think like a gamer who uses cheesing, powerleveling and glitches to his advantage. He earned his cheat build.

Nah, it's effectively rewinding time to before the encounter, or least that's my takeaway from page 18. Just a WAG but I think the ammount of time shown is how far before the encounter is reset to after escaping.

So the others will likely have no memory of the reset encounters.

TLDR: fuck time abilities meh manga 6/10 still enjoyable.
Not a big fan of memory/time reset it brings up all kinds of annoying plot holes to fill in the future and they are rarely/never satisfying if you want to do a time travel ability then make it separate and center the story around it because time travel is hard/impossible to write good honestly time travel is more a mcguffin for fun shenanigans like paradoxes and meeting ancient heroes
this is just ehhhh no wonder this was canceled it’s just kind all over the place I mean it’s still enjoyable just makes my meh radar go off
also world building is incredibly lacking how did the world become dungeon central and why did mc not know in the first chapter did he get isekai to a parallel world worth dungeons or is he just ultra rock that somehow missed global catastrophic world changing news
