Let's check in with Pantyshots: Olympics Games, my favorite weird angles in every scene manga.

A new student? Who's a dude?

No way! A new character that isn't-

Oh sharing a room with the MC. Mhm. Timer started till the big reveal they are a woman now.

Annnnnd stop! Record time!

I'm not sure what's worse: the gender fakeout that lasted like 1 panel before the artist started drawing the character in a blatantly different manner to make it obvious, or the fact that in spite of that they still had to do the shower scene to hammer home "It's a girl! We said she was a boy but she actually wasn't! What a twist! Get it? DO YOU GET IT! ARE YOU UNDERSTANDING THE SHOCK TWIST THAT SHE WAS ACTUALLY A GIRL ALL ALONG?!?!?!" like the audience are idiots.

Nina is worse girl honestly, and it has nothing to do with her body type, its just the fact she's a spoiled brat and the talking in the third person, the worst of both worlds when it comes to those tropes.

I hate that Japan thinks speaking in the third person is cute. It sounds so dumb and makes the character come off like they have brain damage.

Hmmmm it seems this mc seems to also suffer from the “I knocked on the door but I’ll open it regardless of an answer or not” disease that a lot of people suffer from😅
I learned an extremely long time ago to put a little bolt on my bedroom door. I still have one and still lock it every time habitually, even though I live alone now.
