Either the translation was iffy or the princess isnt nice and a B too.

I think that the Princess honestly cares about what could happen to Seras, it's just that her phrasing was perhaps a bit "flowery."

In the Light Novel we see their meeting, I think it was skipped in the Manga.

Sounds like it would make prime omake material for the volume release.

It was explained earlier, the flashiness is so that he can move more freely while not being suspected as the discarded hero left to die. I assume the princess is smart enough and knows what he is saying is just a cover story. She said it herself, the Fly King Squadron is a fair bit different from how the Ashinto typically operate. By using the Ashinto name, he's establishing himself as a native denizen bound by the normal laws of that world, not an otherworlder outside of the goddess's control with broken skills that can kill the goddess and thus would be enemy #1.

Cattlea and Seras grew up together. While Cattlea had to steal herself because of politics and her own father, Seras never lost her purity. That's what Cattlea doesn't want her to lose... She let Seras go when Neah was under attack and protected her from both Vicious and her father who wanted her for different reasons.

The Neah Empire didn't fight and submitted. Besides that, Cattlea was supposed to marry Civit Gartland, but he died. She used his death and her father's death to ask the Goddess for her empire to become independant again (it's not the case yet because it depended on their accomplishment during the conflict).

You are missing the point here.
The ashinto faction, which wanted to remain in shadows, just went with big Bang in this battle. So, the Belzegius is contradicting not only his own words, but pretty much his faction goals and policies.
