Seras took her mask off on the battlefield herself (chapter 54.2). She is officially the most beautiful woman of the continent. It was sure that someone would recognize her. Plus all the members of the Holy Knight Order were like "Captain! You're back!" It's no surprise that Vysis hears that Seras was there.

They're not aware of anything, because it's the aftermath of the battle... and it's on a different location.
By the way, Kirihara and Hijiri are the strongest characters in the classroom alongside Ayaka.

This is a different battlefield so they don't know how others have died. This side also have the top 2 strongest students just AOE nuking the scene.

The real reason is though, for most revenge stories like this, teleported class usually comprised of %99 absolute psychopaths which is neither statistically nor realistically possible. But it is what it is so that you care for the MC and MC alone. It also makes things easier for the author since he/she doesn't really go further than "these guys are bad and irredeemable m'kay?" when it comes to characterization.

Not really to this extend no. Gotta remember though, isekai stories are popular because the real demographic is not really the most socially skilled and looking for an escape. So its easier to villainize the entire social circle instead of forcing retrospection. Like, that one guy made fun of your unkempt hair at school? I'm sure he and his entire friend group would be horrible monsters if given some power and would be punished accordingly (and supply you some catharsis you lack in real life) just like in this story. And so on and so forth. It's "You are not the problem, society is" kinda escapism.

That's not completely true. At the start, the class has 2 Leaders (Kirihara and Asagi), multiple hot head/big head (Sogou, Hijiri, Oyamada), the bullied one (Yasu), the followers (Itsuki and 80% of the rest of the class who don'thave any real role besides following the others) and the recluse ones (Touka and Kobato).

And yes, Mimori wasn't bullied in the classroom, few people noticed his presence in the classroom (Kobato is one of them).

Vicius is interested in the Lord of the Flies ability because he killed one of the Demon Emperor offsprings while being a human from this world (remember she doesn't know who's behind the mask). The majority of the class is pretty normal (also about average on the morality scale). The story just doesn't cover those classmates because they're not standing out. They're all followers of one type or another.
