Fetched for letters address for Vysis? In this case, we can assume that Hijiri has an inside collaborator close to Vysis. It can explain why she can get her hands-on info that should be sent to Goddess. The collaborator's name is revealed in WN, but it's a spoiler.

The reason why Hijiri guesses that Eve's master can survive the stampede is still grounded IMO. Remember her wording in chapter 42.1. To Hijiri, the fact that Eve is willing to rush out to find him regardless of the stampede can speak for itself. In most cases, Eve would give up if she knew her master could not survive the monsters' migration. Or at least she would wait until the stampede stopped before trying to venture out. And Hijiri has considered that info. Moreover, the case of Eve's master running ahead is unlikely. If he couldn't survive against a group of Human-Faced, he would have been in hiding already. This cannot explain why Eve is out there or why he doesn't go back after leaving her there for so long without returning. He might interfere in Eve and Itsuki's fight if he was near there. Or he may hide somewhere near Itsuki and Eve when Hijiri comes, and she would have detected him because of her heightened sense and her unique skill.

And in this chapter, Hijiri has a bunch of information from her inner collaborator to reach the possibility that Mimori Touka is still alive. Remember that it's still a possibility, and she is never sure about that, just keep it in her mind that this theory may be true.

Spoiler: From what I read, he only ended up killing one of his classmates so far:

1. Oyamada Shougo (The one who was bullying Yasu)- was killed by Mimori later on.
2. Yasu- he was spared by Mimori after he was also betrayed and nearly killed by the Goddess as well.
3. Kirihara- he was beaten by Mimori and Seras, But Sogou stopped Mimori from killing him and decided to keep him frozen instead.
4. Sogou- she was brainwashed by the Goddess and tried to kill Mimori until she was stopped by Hijiri.
5. Takao Sisters- Hijiri tried to kill the Goddess but failed and fled with Itsuki to where the forbidden witch was to get healed and eventually caught up and joined Mimori.
6. Asagi- she got herself killed while fighting a powerful monster.

Kind of surprised she figured out Touka was even alive in the forst place before knowledge of someone escaping the garbage disposal dungeon. I mean she was in this world five minutes before she saw Touka beamed out. For all she knew it could've been a disintegration spell, yet somehow in the times we've seen her it changed from "we have to find where he is" to "he escaped."
