Yeah. This seems to be a mating mechanism that comes up in stories, where goblins or orcs kidnap human women and mate with them to have children, but the children all come out a fully goblin or orc.

In nature there are parthenogenic species (all females and capable of reproducing without the genetic contribution of males) that need to receive sperm simply to stimulate the development of their eggs. The eggs make no use of the DNA in the sperm, and hatch out clones of the mother. Another variant is when the females have a mock mating with each other to stimulate ovulation and then lay eggs that hatch out clones. This is different from the orc situation, since it is male orcs who impregnate human women, but one could imagine a situation in which the orc sperm contains enzymes that destroy the nuclear DNA of the woman's egg cell before taking over the egg's development into an embryo. The offspring would be genetically entirely Orc with no human genetics at all.
