Seems like a cheap knock-off from The Amazing Village Creator: Slow Living with the Village Building Cheat Skill.

It's quite allright. Cliche and nothing really stands out in it, but it's fun.

Proper art, pacing and panels structure really helps in this case, it's rather "light" read, without too much infodumps.

Too bad, that tl's dropped it but at least mtl's were good enough.
