I think so, yeah. Pretty sure we've even had scenes where they show that area too, they just never showed a scar there.

There's a scar right above her eye, on her eyelids it looks
Ooook we got some lore, I did not think there'd be a scar above her eyes for some reason, only seeing her eyes in glimpse made me think there was nothing hidden up there and my was I wrong, now I wonder what the full scar looks like, and what happened...
