So seem like, in order to weaken MC's power and influence, and "bully" him, they tried to demote, and replace with pos that's very incompetent, evil, and abusive. Little do they know, ONLY thing they have done to MC is gifting him free Scapegoat/Puppet, giving MC, much bigger options, cause now if anything happen, it's not MC who would take the blame, and the superior can't do anything about it.
